Relief for Wrist Pain, Tennis and Golfers Elbow

Tennis elbow, golfers elbow, or general wrist and elbow pain are a very common thing, even if you don't play golf or tennis. Many people just play or work through the pain thinking it'll just get better with time. Some people revert to pain pills and ice, but none of these things by themselves actually help to solve the problem. The reason most of us find ourselves with pain in our elbows and wrists is that the muscles in our forearms are not strong enough to handle the stress we put on our wrists and elbows daily. Often times, we are given stretches, which are only part of the solution and by themselves, can actually make things worse! The key is a balanced exercise system and stretches combined with the knowledge of the things we do daily that make tennis elbow and golfers elbow worse. The good news is, Craig Zukerman gives all this to you in this video.

Just this last week Craig had two clients come into his studio with elbow and wrist pain and he had them use these exact exercises to relieve their pain. What you'll get in this video is more than just exercises and stretches. Craig will also explain what is happening in your body that is causing the pain, so you can ease your fear and more positively heal yourself. He'll also point out some of the things other than tennis and golf that help to create elbow and wrist pain.
