Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 27, 2026
The short version, from Craig
I, Craig Zuckerman, owner of Z-Line Fitness LLC, don't believe in making money off people's personal information. Z-Line Fitness LLC does not sell your information to anyone. I know privacy policies and cookie banners can be confusing, so here it is up front: I use a few trusted companies to run this website — Kajabi for the website, courses, and email; Kajabi Payments and PayPal for checkout; and TimeTap for booking sessions. Your information is stored securely with them and used only to provide what you asked for. The full details are below.
1. Who we are
Z-Line Fitness LLC ("we," "us") operates www.zlinefitness.com from Bend, Oregon, USA. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact: [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Account and purchase information: name, email address, billing address, and purchase history, collected by Kajabi when you buy a product or log in. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.
- Newsletter sign-ups: name and email address.
- Private session booking: when you click "Book a Session," you book on our separate TimeTap scheduling site. TimeTap collects your name, contact details, appointment details, and any health information you choose to share on intake forms (see section 4). This information is stored by TimeTap, not on our Kajabi website. If we offer coaching sessions through Kajabi in the future, those bookings will be handled by Kajabi.
- Messages and community posts: what you send us by email or contact form, and what you post in our community.
- Testimonials and reviews: your words, and your name or photo only if you agree.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring website, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).
3. How we use your information
- To deliver courses, downloads, community access, and sessions you purchase or book.
- To process payments and send receipts and account emails.
- To send newsletters and offers if you signed up (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To understand how the Website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations and protect against fraud.
4. Health information
When you book a session, fill out an intake form, email us, or post in the community, you may share information about pain, injuries, or medical conditions. We use it only to provide and tailor your exercise guidance. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and share it only with the service providers needed to deliver our services (such as TimeTap). You may ask us to delete it at any time. Please don't post health details in the community that you want to keep private — other members can see them.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, when required by law, or if the business is sold or transferred (the new owner would be bound by this policy). We do not sell your personal information. However, if you allow advertising cookies, the YouTube videos embedded on our Website may collect information about your visit, which Google may use for its own advertising. You can turn this off at any time (see section 6).
The service providers we use:
- Kajabi (and Wistia, its video host) — website, courses, email, community, checkout, and video playback (name, email, purchases, account activity)
- Kajabi Payments (powered by Stripe) and PayPal — payment processing (payment and billing details)
- TimeTap — private session booking and intake on its own scheduling site (name, contact details, appointments, intake answers)
- CookieYes — cookie consent banner (consent choices, IP address)
- Google reCAPTCHA — spam protection on our contact and sign-up forms (device and usage data, IP address)
- Google Analytics — website statistics (usage data, IP address)
- YouTube (Google) — embedded videos (device and usage data, cookies)
- Elfsight — the video gallery on our Videos page and share buttons on some pages (device and usage data)
- Apple Podcasts — embedded podcast player on our About page (device and usage data)
- Amazon Associates — affiliate links (Amazon tracks clicks from our links)
- Trustpilot — reviews (name and review content you post)
Kajabi also uses its own security, analytics, and performance-monitoring services to run its platform. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, run checkout, and understand how the Website is used. Some cookies are necessary for the Website to work and can't be turned off, including the Google reCAPTCHA spam check on our contact and sign-up forms. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the Website. Embedded YouTube videos set their own advertising cookies, which can share information about your visit with Google. If you don't want that information shared, click the cookie settings button in the lower-left corner of any page and turn off Advertising cookies. Please note that this also blocks the embedded YouTube videos, so some videos on our Website won't display. The Apple Podcasts player on our About page may also collect information about your visit under Apple's privacy policy, which is linked inside the player. You can change your choice at any time, and you can also manage cookies in your browser settings.
7. Do Not Track
Our Website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them. Third parties such as Google (including YouTube) and Apple may collect information about your online activity over time and across websites when you view their embedded content.
8. How long we keep information
We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as needed for tax and accounting purposes. We keep newsletter information until you unsubscribe. We delete session intake information when it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
9. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it (unless we must keep it for legal reasons); or
- stop sending you marketing emails.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
10. Visitors from outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another region with data-protection laws, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you (purchases and sessions), your consent (newsletters, non-essential cookies, and health information you share), our legitimate interests (running and improving the Website), and legal obligations (tax records). You may withdraw consent at any time and may complain to your local data-protection authority.
11. Children
The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. You must be 18 or older to purchase, book, or create an account. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We use encrypted (HTTPS) connections and rely on reputable providers with industry-standard security. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
13. Links to other websites
Our Website links to sites we don't control, including our TimeTap booking site. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
14. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes here and update the effective date above. For material changes, we will also notify you by email or a notice on the Website.
