Craig Zuckerman designed this exercise series to help his clients relieve their lower back pain and sciatica. Over the years, he had multiple clients come to him who were not able to get out of their seats after sitting down for dinner, without excruciating pain. He also had pregnant clients whose legs would give out when they got out of the car or up from a meal. To prevent this from happening Craig developed an exercise series that could be done while sitting and would strengthen and balance the muscles of the hip and core area. With this Counter Muscle Balancing technique, you can create the muscular stability needed to prevent lower back pain and sciatica. It’s easy to do and only takes a few minutes.
