Arthritis - Is pushing through the pain a good thing?

At some point most of us will have some sort of arthritis in our body, but do we know what to do about it? Often times the pain is so debilitating that we simply stop doing the things we love in fear that they will cause us pain. The thing is, the more you limit the movement of the joints that have arthritis, the worse arthritis gets.

In this video, Craig Zuckerman shares a true story about a client with arthritis in his knee which limited his range of motion, and his ability to run and squat. The first thing Craig had to do is work with the client's perception of pain. Then came the proper exercises to start increasing his range of motion. The good news is, in just six weeks the client gained the majority of his range of motion back and most of his pain had gone. Watch the video to find out how they did it.
