3 Quick and Easy Posture Fixes

Our posture is being assaulted on a daily basis by our use of cell phones. It is literally changing the shape of our body, and not in a good way. Master Instructor Craig Zuckerman shows a quick fix to our posture woes as well as two easy-to-do exercises and a device that can change your posture in a matter of weeks.

We also address Military Posture. This is one of those things we think is good for us but it actually isn't. When we do the Military Posture we straighten out our spine and take out the natural, shock-absorbing spring of its shape.

You may think your posture is a lost cause, but it isn't. If you sit at a desk all day or have your eyes glued to your phone throughout the day, but your are not doing exercises and stretches to combat the damage you are doing, then you will be in trouble. The aches and pains of poor posture take time to develop and therefore it takes daily practice to combat their adverse effects.
