With a past career as a professional dancer, I've experienced my fair share of injuries, including dealing with scoliosis. I understand the frustration of enduring pain and the uncertainty of how to alleviate it or prevent its recurrence. A persistent backache can stop you from playing with your kids, going on a hike, or even disrupt basic necessities like sleep.

After a career-ending injury, I embarked on a new journey as a fully certified Pilates instructor at a physical therapy facility in Los Angeles. This was the beginning of a transformative journey over 25 years ago, where I began creating my personalized techniques and crafting the exercise series that would evolve into Core Foundation.

The unique approach of the Core Foundation Exercise Series, the Counter Muscle Balancing (C.M.B.) method, ensures a 360° core stability, leading to remarkable results. This method, utilized by Z-Line Fitness for over two decades, aids individuals in pain relief. It's a distinctive way of arranging exercises that enables the body to balance itself, stabilizing joints, and the spine, while allowing painful muscle tension and spasms to subside.
