To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z-Line Fitness LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Program. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Deschutes County, Oregon.
