Before my career helping people with injuries, I had plenty of injuries myself as a professional dancer. I also had scoliosis to tend with. I know how much it sucks to be in pain and not know how to get out of it, or what to do to stop it from happening again. A constantly aching back can stop you from doing the things you love, or even the basic things you need, like sleeping. After a career-ending injury as a dancer, I started on a new path as a fully certified Pilates instructor working in a physical therapy facility in Los Angeles. It's there, over 20 years ago, that I started developing the exercise series that would later become 11 Back Repair. I've watched it help thousands of clients and I use it myself to prevent backaches and looking crooked. We all deserve to stand tall with confidence and live pain-free. That’s why I created 11 Back Repair.

I have been perfecting the C.M.B. method over my 20 plus years working in physical therapy and helping people get out of pain. It's a special way of sequencing exercises that allows the body to balance itself, stabilizing your joints and spine while allowing painful muscle tension and spasms to subside.
